im a mother of two 8 and 6 i've been living in this apartment for 5months and every since i've move in by water and light bills have been 250.00 to300.00 due to yhe fact the landlord want fix the water problem and since im still trying to pay rent i just cant handle it then about a month ago i was laid off so they are goung to cut me off anyday if someone could offer some kind of help please.
